DMC ~Second Look~

For my second look within the Displacement collection, I chose to incorporate the Japanese Kimono styled sleeve and wrapped top with tabs on the front and panels on the back. The front tabs were made from tribal fabric and lined jacquard fabric, the back panels were also made with tribal fabric and black matte satin. In addition, the wrap part of the top was also lined with the jacquard fabric

This look also included a long skirt with inverted pleats at the bottom and larger tabs on the front of the skirt. The inverted pleats were made with the tribal fabric on the inside and the black matte satin on the outside. The larger tabs were also made with the tribal fabric and lined with the jacquard fabric. The tabs on the top and the tabs on the skirt creates an asymmetric line and a contrast with the patterns that are pleasing to the eye..
